VILLA RENTAL RATES
Rental rates for high-quality villas in Bali range currently from about US$280 to US$2,000 per day during the normal season – i.e. about US$120 to US$400 per bedroom or US$60 to US$200 per person – depending on the location of the villa, size, number of bedrooms, amenities and facilities. Don't be fooled if someone tries to make you believe you get any quality villa with reliable staff for a lower price.
Each villa in the Balivillas.com portfolio has a beautiful tropical garden, private swimming pool and reliable, well-trained house staff including a private cook, maids, house boys, gardeners, security guards etc, and sometimes even a trained personal Butler.

Balivillas.com's rental rates include salaries for your cook, maids, house boys, gardener, security guards etc., costs of laundry, electricity, gas, water, taxes, high-speed internet access and an air-conditioned car with driver and gasoline – see below. Your only additional expenses are the actual costs of buying your favorite drinks and snacks and the ingredients for the meals you ask your cook to prepare (charged at market prices i.e. about 70% below hotel prices), as well as costs for telephone and fax. The preparation of your meals, doing your laundry, and all other services provided by the house staff are included in our rental rates.
As a result you'll save US$40 to US$80 per person per day compared to staying at a good hotel where all "extras" (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks, mini bar, laundry, telephone, internet access, fax, etc, and Bali's 21% tax and service charge) add up quickly and easily double or triple your hotel bill.

SEASONS:
Mid-July to September as well as the periods over Christmas and New Year, Lunar New Year (late January or early February) and Easter are considered by most villa owners as High Season. Depending on the villa owner, there is a surcharge of 25% to 50% added to the regular rental rate, and for some villas a minimum rental period of one or two weeks is required.
SERVICES:
Staying at a villa in Bali rented through Balivillas.com is not a self-service vacation. You'll be looked after from the minute you make your reservation to the moment you leave Bali. All services provided are included in the rental rates.
You can call, fax or e-mail us any time to ask questions about villas or Bali in general, pre-arrange a baby sitter or guide, or request the purchase of special supplies or foods before your arrival.
On arrival in Bali, you'll be greeted at the airport by one of our representatives and your driver who will take you to your villa and introduce you to the house staff. The refrigerator will be stocked with an initial supply of soft drinks and beer, coffee and tea, eggs and bread for your first breakfast. The bathrooms will be supplied with soap, shampoo, bath gel, cotton buds, tissues, etc, and a chilled bottle of sparking wine will be waiting for you as a welcome drink.
Your "Welcome Pack" contains the latest insider information on what to see and do in Bali, an audio CD and a CD Rom with a complete Balinese cooking course (introduction plus 7 lessons) as well as over 60 detailed recipes to take home as a souvenir. If you've asked for dinner to be prepared for your first evening, that will be ready on time, too. Perhaps you find time now to read the "Villa Guest Information" folder provided in your bedroom which will answer most questions you might have.
All villa staff wear uniforms and photo name tags (that you immediately know who is who) and consists of a good cook, maids, house boys, gardener, security guard, etc. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, handling your laundry, etc. Your cook will do the shopping for groceries and prepare the meals of your choice. Our top villas include Personal Butler service which will take care of ANY requirements you might have around the clock.
Throughout your stay in Bali you'll enjoy the free use of an air-conditioned car with a reliable driver (up to 10 consecutive hours per day, gasoline included). They can book a tennis coach, a game of golf, and fishing, sailing, or diving trips. If you're interested in meditation, Balinese cooking, painting, yoga, dance or music classes, that can be arranged, too. We can organize a private dance performance in your villa. If you'd like to get married in Bali – no problem.
