VIP Reception Process

As a Balivillas.com Guest you can save precious time and energy with our personal VIP Meet & Greet service.

A uniformed Bali Concierge Service Agent will greet you as you step through the gate from your airplane. While you enjoy a welcome drink and some finger food in an air-conditioned VIP Lounge avoiding the long queues at the "Visa on Arrival" and Immigration counters, the Concierge will take care of your visa processing, arrange your luggage retrieval, help with your customs clearance and then escort you to your waiting car.

The Price of US$40 per person includes:

• Gate-side Greeting by Guest Service Agent with Signboard
• Welcome Drink & Finger Food in the VIP Lounge
• VIP "Visa on Arrival" Processing
• VIP Immigration Clearance
• Luggage Retrieval & Handling
• Customs Clearance Assistance

Please note that the "Visa on Arrival" Fee of US$10 per person (including babies) for stays of up to 7 days and US$25 per person for up to 30 days is NOT included in the above price and has to be handed over to the Guest Service Agent in cash after the greeting.
