As a Balivillas.com guest you don't need to go around the island and sweat under the hot sun to search for good spa treatments. Since early 2002, Balivillas.com has a team of expert spa therapists to provide professional service in your villa.

You can have treatments at the pool side, in your open-air Bale, the tropical garden or your bedroom — actually anywhere in your villa. You name the treatment of your choice and our spa therapists will bring the complete spa equipment (massage bed, flower foot bath, etc) and set it up in your villa.

Balivillas.com's professional Spa Therapists can provide all of the following treatments:

• "Endless Love" Half Day Spa Indulgence (up to six hours) ^New
  This luxurious package includes hand & foot spa, cream bath & Balinese massage, followed by the famous Mandi Lulur. Enjoy the total spa experience together with your partner. Herbal teas, fresh fruit and a light meal with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine are included. This will be a day to remember!
• Mandi Lulur (120 minutes)
  An exfoliating herbal body scrub and massage to remove dead skin cells, followed by a yogurt body treatment and a relaxing flower bath.
• Hot Leaf Total Body Treatment (90 minutes) ^New
  One of the traditional treatments that still can be called a "Secret of Bali" is using heated Banana leaves. Basically it aims at releasing stiffness and/or blockages, too cool down or warm up the body, to reduce/stimulate the body when suffering from fatigue or too little energy.
• Balinese Massage (60 minutes)
  A very relaxing body massage using only natural fragrant oils.
• Cream Bath (60 minutes)
  A deeply relaxing head, shoulder and arm massage designed to stimulate pressure points on the scalp, neck & shoulders and to increase your blood flow.
• Swedish Massage (60 minutes)
  A general relaxation massage – gentle but firm manipulation of your muscles.
• Reflexology ^New
  The principle technique uses pressure-point massage, usually on the feet and, to a lesser extent, the hand, and is regarded as influencing the microcosm of the body.
• "Forever Young" Facial (60 minutes)
  Relax and rejuvenate your skin with the basic facial designed to suit a broad range skin types. The treatment includes relaxing facial massages combined with cleansing, exfoliation, hydrating moisturizers, head and shoulder massage and your choice of a skin-reviving collagen mask.
• Hand-Spa / Manicure (60 minutes)
  Treat yourself to a one-hour relaxing and pampering treatment for your hands. It is a complete indulgence which includes a soak, a scrub, a massage, and meticulous nail and skin care beautifully finished off with a glossy polish.
• Foot-Spa / Pedicure (60 minutes)
  A one-hour relaxing and pampering treatment for your feet. This complete indulgence includes a soak, a scrub, a massage, and meticulous nail and skin care beautifully finished off with a glossy polish.

Even better, if you reserved one of our villas on the "Bukit" (the hill on the Nusa Dua peninsula), you're entitled to one relaxing 60-minutes massage for each adult free of charge. (These free massages are neither transferable nor refundable and you have to send your driver to pick up and return the spa therapists to their base. Otherwise we have to charge Rp. 100.000 for transportation of the spa staff.) We recommend to book this treatment for the day of your arrival to revive you after a long flight.

Reservations

Treatments are available by appointment on a First-Come/First-Served basis and can be provided any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Wherever you stay, please book as early as you can. Our Spa Therapists are in high demand. Just call the Balivillas.com Service Center at 703-060. Please do also understand that, after an appointment has been confirmed, it might be difficult to change.

This means if you have booked a treatment – for instance from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. – and your're late for whatever reason, we will have to charge you the full time even if the Spa Therapist(s) have to leave at 6 p.m. for another appointment. Therefore, please plan your schedule carefully and keep in mind the sometimes heavy traffic in Bali.

When should I get ready for my treatment?
Please try to be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our office when making your reservation if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments of disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know.

What do I wear during the treatment?
You may wear your own bikini or briefs, or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to cover most of your body to respect your privacy.

Where in my villa will the treatment be done?
Most guests prefer the treatments to be done in the garden or in an open pavilion at the poolside. Please note that Indonesian law only allows treatments in the privacy of your bedroom if at least two therapists are present.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late or being not ready on time will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on the scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?
The treatments you book are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged 50% for treatments not canceled at least six hours in advance.
