The "Jimbaran Beach Front Villas" are two of the few real beach front villas in Bali and offer luxurious accommodation, excellent service by dedicated staff and spectacular views of the ocean and Bali's famous sunsets. The two villas are set side by side and can easily be combined to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Because of the spectacular beach front location, the high quality of service, and the 5-star facilities, the two "Jimbaran Beach Front Villas" represent outstanding value. Setting, accommodations, service and facilities can easily be compared or are superior to the nearby Four Seasons Resort but rates are about 65% lower.
Location
The "Jimbaran Beach Front Villas" are set in a spacious landscaped garden with over 50 meters of private beach frontage right on Jimbaran beach. Guests enjoy the ultimate sunset panorama with views across the sea to the Java coastline in the West and the cloudy peaks of Gunung Agung in the North. The sandy beach with smooth waves is perfect for swimming right in front of your door.
The villas are set right next door to the Bali Intercontinental Resort and within walking distance to Jimbaran's famous seafood restaurants. It's about 15 minutes by car to the airport or to Nusa Dua with its many 5-star hotels, and 20 to 30 minutes to Kuta and to Seminyak with its trendy restaurants, bars, discos and shops. Sanur and Denpasar are about 30 minutes away, and it takes 50 to 60 minutes to go to Ubud, Bali's cultural center.
The Villas
Set in over 3,000 square meters of land, studded with coconut palms, tropical flowers and trees including the huge frangipai trees and with a 13m x 6m swimming pool, both villas are a wonderful retreat away from the hectic life of touristic Bali.
Each of the "Jimbaran Beach Front Villas" consists of three traditional Balinese buildings; the first building accommodates the open living and dining areas as well as the kitchen, the second building consists of two guest bedrooms, and the spacious master bedroom is located in the third building.
The large, open-air living & dining areas are the center of these comfortable residences. They feature a Wantilan roof structure – with traditional thatched "alang alang" covering – supported by coconut columns and hardwood framing over natural stone floors. The main dining table can accommodate 8 guests.
Bedrooms
Each villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms with marble ensuite bathrooms featuring separate showers and bathtubs. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi, all bathrooms have double sinks and there is a small open-air Balinese bale for massages next to the pool.
The wooden beds have 3-layer mattresses topped with 100% cotton bed-sheets and goose down feather duvets. The master bedroom and 1st guest bedroom have king-size beds, and the other guest bedroom feaures two single-beds.
Facilities and Amenities
Each kitchen is fully equiped and features large refrigerators, stove and oven, micro wave, blender and cutlery/crockery to entertain in style.
Your air-conditioned car with a reliable driver is included in the rates and at your service whenever needed (up to 10 consecutive hours per day). Each villa has private parking for two cars.
